The European Parliament on Wednesday granted final approval for the UK to leave the European Union.
Accordingly, the British alliance with the European Union for nearly half a century will be canceled from next Friday.
After a sensational debate, the EU Parliament voted 621 in favor and 49 against.
Last Wednesday at the European Union headquarters in Brussels, a British representative from the EU gave a formal report on Britain’s departure.
The British joined the European Union on January 1, 1973 and will officially leave the European Union tomorrow (31) at 11:00 pm (2300GMT) in Brussels.
